Clipur is a performance-based clipping marketplace that connects content creators ("Founders") with video editors ("Clippers") who create short-form clips from long-form content.

3. User Accounts

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Content Guidelines

• Must not infringe intellectual property rights
• Must not contain harmful, abusive, or illegal material
• Must not misrepresent engagement or views
• Must comply with all applicable laws

5. Payments and Fees

Clipur charges a platform fee on campaign budgets. Payouts to Clippers are processed according to campaign terms. Payments may be withheld if fraudulent activity is detected.

6. Intellectual Property

Founders retain ownership of their content. Clippers grant a license for usage as defined in campaigns. Clipur may use anonymized data for improving the platform.

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated. Users can delete their account anytime, subject to pending transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clipur is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
